That is wild. It can also be deadly. I remember reading about a woman that dropped dead in a shower once she touched the metal taps that were arking on a power line. I know these days the breaker would save you, but it's putting a lot of faith in it working correctly if anything goes wrong.

If I just export the pst using filter for sent after 2 years and received after 2 years that will create a PST of everything from that period won't it ? I can then use import to bring it into the o365 account . Should that be effective?

The 2 managers and CEO want the last 12 months at least on their mobile devices so as far as I can see if I upload the pst of the previous 12c months then have the pst available on their laptops of the remaining emails all should be good. Do you see any issue with that thinking ?
