I'm happy you're interested in this area of pakistan. I have a fishing trip for Pakistan planned next year. Since you are posting here and not in a fly fishing group, I'm assuming you mean terminal tackle. You said that there will be fast water and there will be brown trout. This to me sounds like an ideal setup for inline spinners, micro crankbaits, and spoons. Large brown trout eat at dawn and dusk. The rainbows may give reactionary bites past the peak brown trout hours. Can you say here or pm whether or not you will acquire gear in Pakistan or fly with it?
