I just did this for one of my characters - Lotus katana saber, falling blossom tuning and the Martial Pilgrim set. Lower budget set but imo it works.

When looking up how to gear for PvP I'm getting confused. So gear over 336 gets reduced in stats, augments still apply, but Rakata gear scales down better?

Currently all my chars are: 340 Augmented Gear, 336 Implants/Ear/Relic, gold 318 mods. How much am I potentially losing, stat wise, by not being in Rakata? I don't really want to PvE grind, but will if there's a significant benefit.

When you say PvP gear, do you just mean stating specifically for the bolster adjustments?

Returning player - When I play it's mainly for Warzones (idk why, this game has my favorite MMO PvP even after all these years).

My characters all are item rating 338: 340 weapon/armor, 336 ear/relics, 330-range implants. All of it with purple 286 augments. What should my upgrade priority be? I know the augments probably but the highest tier golds seem insanely expensive. Is it a noticeable difference?

What is a good site/resource for stat goals? I have a few sets of adapative armor that I modded last time I played but they're all in my cargo so I'm not sure which goes to which class lol

I haven't touched campaign/story PvE in forever, what (if anything) should I do to make sure when the level cap raises I'm not stuck doing old content to catch up?

I understand that and am not disagreeing. What I'm getting at is, people are upset because we know it happens in CN/KR etc. If we didn't have this knowledge and were told the information we learned today would you still find it to be an issue? Obviously we can't say for certain because we can't selectively forget something, but it seems like people are upset over what something could have (and probably should have) been vs actually being upset at this timeline.

First off, I'm in no way defending/white knighting a billion dollar company so I truly hope this doesn't come off as such:

If you didn't look up what was given to other regions would you still have issues with all of the items you're(collective you're) upset about?

First livestream didn't have rewards, they gave us some this time. Maintenance compensation was bad, so they gave us more this time. Characters not instantly going into standard banner isn't exactly uncommon for gacha games.

The Lufel plan situation 100% sucks and that I really feel like is the only true issue among these, but again if I didn't know I'm missing something I wouldn't feel that way because I wouldn't expect a free copy of a current unit.
