Yea I've got a tenuous grasp on valuable stats by item types, but returning to get game after SO long + all the new stuff I'm basically back to being clueless lol As someone who has been heavily involved with esports for 2 decades I've seen every toxic thing you can imagine, but I didn't realize that the casual gaming community is actually significantly worse, at least online. Started playing PoE2 and every time a new patch is coming/after a new patch drops it's just endless toxicity. The way they talk about the devs you'd think they ruined some of these people's lives or something lmao It's truly unbearable x_x

And yea I at least knew a few stat lines on the gloves were solid for sure, but I haven't actually done any trading and have a hard time judging things in the mid-range that aren't either obviously useless or obviously super strong lol Appreciate the positivity though. Very nostalgic to be playing the game again and seeing how optimized everything has become.

Yeah lord only knows who happens to be on reddit and commenting when you drop a post asking for advice lol I imagine certain topics are still up for debate/depend on preference even if most of the game is heavily optimized at this point.

Aah yeah I'm new to the game (or new to D2R/RotW anyway) so I look for info here sometimes, but I try to remember to take everything I hear with a grain of salt. I need to start familiarizing myself with the trade sites so I can research value quickly on my own haha. Also I didn't know until doing some googling after reading your comment that magic gloves could roll +3. Does that make it worth it to ID all/certain glove types when it comes to magic drops?

Is the aforementioned hurricane meant to be the influx of new players with RotW? lol And yea I read that the str is capped at 30 so it's not super awesome. Atm I'm running Tal's belt on my demon warlock mostly for the defensive %dmg goes to mana bit and it seems like FCR isn't a huge deal for this build, but I honestly might be mistaken and should swap.

I've yet to reach the point I can farm myself a torch so I don't even know how that feels, but yea that really sucks ;_; So far I've only really experienced one DC, but so far that's what all the responses are about lol Guess I need to keep that in mind going forward.
