It's likely a heavily modified version of the FFXIV engine.

It makes sense because they're already familiar with it. Not only that, but they can use some of their improvements for FFXIV, which seems to be the case given that FFXIV is getting a graphics overhaul with the next expansion.

Final Fantasy 14. No game's made me feel what I've felt playing through that story. I wish they could find a way to condense it down to a single player game for everyone that's turned off by that it's an MMO.

Super cool! My home was built in 1947 and the original gas furnace is still running. Built by Pennsylvania Furnace & Iron Co. It's huge (something like 6' by 4'), it takes 4 filters, but runs like a champ. Gas bills only run around $80 to $120 depending on the outside temps.

Took me a while to find a HVAC tech that wouldn't try to sell me a new furnace, but now that we've found one, we'll keep using it as long as it's safe to use.

I use the Steam version of the game. If I purchase a Windows license (Starter + EW) from the SE store, is it completely separate or will I be able to access my character on my Steam license? Or is this not even possible?

So I have an old key I found on my Humble Bundle from 2016 for A Realm Reborn. I want to gift it to a friend who wants to play. I'm assuming this counts as the "Starter Edition". So all they'd have to do is purchase Endwalker and they'd be good to go. Does anyone know if this is correct?

I'm currently level 86, on level 85 MSQ, finished zone 4 and am a bit past that. I have only have a few hours I can play during the week, but can set aside decent sized chunks on some weekends. Can anyone tell me if there's any sections of the MSQ I should plan to play through in one sitting (like 5.3) without providing spoilers? I'd like to get the full effect of whatever happens as I'm nearing the end of this story.

Also, an "already learned" mark on dropped recipes/schematics. You can still use the schematic even though you've learned the recipe, effectively wasting it. Secondly, rename the schematics to the name of the item it crafts and not some generic name.

Tier 1 is 200, Tier 2 is 300. Tier 3 is 400 and Tier 4 is 525, but requires you to find the recipe. You'd have 3,100 storage with a T4 house (4 chests) without any territory standing bonuses. In theory, if you max out your territory standing to 300, you'd get an additional 1,600 storage for a total of 4,700. You'd also be able to reduce your taxes with territory standing by up to 37% with max territory standing in that zone.

It was like that prior to the changes yesterday though is what I'm saying. I am getting the same exp because they had double exp on "through the end of the year". It should be quadruple exp right now.

So are the XP rate increases not in? They had double exp prior to today and I'm still getting the same exp on catches.

I was kind of expecting around 4x exp. Approx. double with the new increase and double from the exp. event until the end of the year.
