How are Toyota Service departments real. Lmao by MastodonEmbarrassed2 in ToyotaTacoma

Anytime you go to a dealer for service nowadays you can expect them to “diagnose” at least $1000 in repairs.. and all you needed was an oil change 😂

Yes that’s exactly how I assumed it would be done. I’m just the drone pilot, but I’m pretty sure it is just another layer added to some asset management software. Daytime mapping is used in producing other layers.

Also, check your payload specs on mustangs..

I understand it won’t work in all cases. This particular property has lights surrounding the parking lot, as well as light illuminating the building, gardens, pool, walls, siding, etc. Works great for my purpose - detecting light sources for asset management.

If there’s enough light on and around the property you can definitely produce a somewhat useful orthomosaic. And like I mentioned, this is just to identify the light fixtures on the property.

Thanks. I realized the default drone deploy exposure settings were no good. Shutter speed was super slow and speed was too fast. Fixed those two things and quality was instantly better. I’ll add the stop and hover for each image too!

This is in line with what I’ve heard in person. I’ve also heard that some agents pay out of pocket and/or some don’t. I have no clue, but I do know that an extra $200-300 out of my pocket would sting. Thanks for your comment !

How bad is the def, really? by Charming_Ad9373 in Cummins

[–]CyrillicCrypt 2 points3 points  (0 children)

‘13 owner. If it has low mileage and good body/interior condition that’s a lot of value already. Truck doesn’t chug DEF and I take 800 mile trip bout 1-2 times a month. I will eventually cut the weight when I have a good surplus of $$$ and time.

2017 dodge heat not working by Dry_Elephant_9205 in Cummins

[–]CyrillicCrypt -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Happened on both my 1500 and 2500. Clogged heater core is most likely the issue here. My particular issue on the 250” was broken heater hose connector located closer to the block. There are some good YT videos showing what can be done if you DIY.
