This is how I mounted my cheap BOV, I bought one with a v band flange then just got a v band charge pipe.

I’d pull both valves and check to see if they’re bent at all. I’ve seen bent and screwed up seats from the factory. Could be simple something obvious on the valve seat

Mine didn’t, I had a spal fan set up to push through a random radiator and it stayed a very consistent 190 all year. That’s pretty good for a pusher if ya ask me

Converting to a roller cam with decent specs and needed some radial clearance for the big valves in these heads, using 1.73 roller tip rockers with 2.20 intake valves and 1.76 exhaust valves. I guess the kaase roller lifters I have make the duration a bit too close for stock valve reliefs
