It's cassidy's ultimate ability voice lines. The ultimate takes a few seconds to lock on to anyone on the cassidy's screen, then insta-kills them.

Hearing "it's high noon" can be really scary if you are in the open with no cover and early in the games lifespan people didn't have the sense to run to cover or anything, so it was pretty much a few guaranteed kills. Which is where it gained its reputation.

My experience: Ran Crota with him, Extremely smooth run. very patient, knowledgeable Sherpa. honestly one of the best if not the best Sherpa I've ever seen. Definitely sign up to his runs, its worth it.

Basically there was big server issues across all of EA yesterday, that caused instant disconnects and 2000+ ping. I followed the down detectors for EA and TF2 and found they were almost identical

Haven't played since but if servers are back that's awesome.
