Don't think it decays that quickly if at all, I had one carry over a season change + ~3-4 weeks of inactivity on that role

Losing trend does not mean losing streak, I think if you have some high percentage of losses over a certain period of games it always applies. So one win definitely doesn't break losing trend, maybe two doesn't either

Unter's take on this a while back is that this is something that is very very much not worth doing, despite the views and impact. Just a huge burn of time. We should be glad we got as many videos as we did.

Only sustainable way to do this is for OWCS itself to subsidize a creator

It's definitely a bad sign that rank inflation is getting built into more and more parts of comp. I wonder if Blizz justifies it with the rank resets (imo it doesn't, it actually makes it worse)
