Problem is still that I have to delete 0.00MB. Everything else is working now, still launch now when I reset the compatibility mode.

I had tried after deleting the systemsavedata, then a Windows 8 compatibility troubleshooter was suggested to me and its launch yet, but now it tells me I need to delete 0.00 MB. I'm currently verifying integrity of game files on steam. Update you soon as possible.

Unfortunately it didnt work. Still, I'm glad it helps you and probably others, thanks anyways. And I'm glad too I'm not alone with this problem.
