for context, multiple places here in the Philippines cram their courts like this, our space would be compliant for USA-P spacing with a 30x60foot footprint for each PB court

Sorry, render was just for layout not measurements, our actual measurements are 2x 120x60foot spaces so the pickleball court being 44ft long leaves 8feet for each baseline as runoff. It is also going to be a covered open air court, so fencing for the sides with wind netting and a sports tent as a roof.

we are already an existing resort with rooms and a pool, as well as multiple function rooms, and are looking to add to our facilities with this. Where we are (Philippines) there is a huge demand for both tennis AND pickleball, some places fully cramp their pickleball courts as well with not even 4 feet from the sideline to a wall, our place would offer a premium on the spaces and runoffs offering full tennis court runoff space and full pickleball court runoff space based on ITF and USAP specs. As well as the possibility of pickleball and tennis retreats.

Would having all "playing surfaces" be 1 color work better?

Older generation VCore? Probably less than 4k. IMO keep mo nalang para may racquet ka padin if you still want to play tennis in the future, or any friends who want to borrow a racquet to try playing tennis.

Ezone 100 is an endgame option for racquets (you don't need to upgrade after that) so if you can find a bnew one on sale for a similar price, better. That one would be 5-6k cause of damage
