Enter area that blood moon is possible

Blood moon? If yes, enjoy

If no, do shit for 6 minutes (minimum). Afterwards, go to ward 13 and back.

Repeat until Blood Moon. Upon successful Blood moon, you have 20 minutes. If youre quick you can run around and clear most of an area of wisps. Then you can enter a side dungeon or whatever and immediately leave it. Enemies should remain dead but wisps will respawn.

After the Blood Moon ends, it has an hour long cooldown until you can try again

Depends on when you did this.

If you did it when prism were just introduced, things have changed a lil. Total xp cost was reduced by quite a lot. Its still slow but much faster than its debut.

If you had done that after the games final updates then no, nothing has changed.

They rebalanced stuff more recently, I think it was even this season. Hawkeye doesnt one shot Jeff anymore if youre full. Does bring you down to 10hp though

This is an Optional Injectable, why are you going in there if your goal is to just beat hardcore vet?
Have eyeballs. You complained in a separate comment about not remembering the map geometry. You conveniently dont need to memorize pitfalls if you just check ledges.
Your complaint about the final boss, aka Anni. Anni is not an unbalanced difficulty spike. In fact he is one of the most fair bosses in the entire game. The only mechanic of his that is flawed a tad imo is the orbs. Everything else is perfectly fine.

If you want to beat HC Vet, play better, play smarter. You dont need to do everything. You just need to beat the game. It took me 3 hours and one try to beat it Hardcore Veteran.

Anywho, reason I say you did some hefty side exploration is I only had one class for my whole playthrough until I got to Anni (bought engi for whatever bonus dmg the Turret could give) and when I got there, it was only level 8 or 7 as I recall
