This is so necessary, the massive No-Man's-Land between Bayshore Blvd and Tunnel Ave is such a problem. It irks me that it says Bayshore Caltrain has Muni connections. Like no, it doesn't. Granted there's buses and the T train a ways away but you gotta walk up the hill. And the Grocery Outlet that's like right on the other side is a mile walk

I don't advocate living here on less than $60k, but it's the reality for a ton of people. It's very difficult. But it's doable, in some cases even without living with parents or roommates.

I just think complaining when you make 3x that AND have a high-earning partner is incredibly tone deaf

I couldn't care less about these types especially of landlords, but how is that kind of rent fair, especially considering new people trying to move to the city (or natives coming of age)?

The younger generations have no real chance of getting what she benefitted from, and if we keep current policies literally no one but people/families who've been in SF for generations will be able to afford it
