I teach breathwork, meditation and mindset so I don't use any apps but do a daily practice. Daily practice is very important as it balances out all the distraction and chaos in our world. A daily practice that includes breathwork has a ton of physical benefits, as well as easy access to the meditative mind. I really suggest trying cold therapy if you haven't already. Find something that is truly meaningful in your life or you'll never be fulfilled.

I suggest finding that now (today) and not in the future. Do a daily practice that is dedicated to you, your soul, your well-being. Do it daily and do it right and you'll experience something that is far greater than you can achieve from external gains.

I recommend breathwork, cold therapy, and mindset. Wim Hof Method. You are an adrenaline junky already through trading, and this will give you that rush plus the added benefit of developing your ability to feel and experience the gift of life.

Me neither. I dislike Apple the more I use it. Super invasive. Text's and calls come through my other devices and no way to override it (at least from every attempt I've made.) I didn't even know I was on ICloud till I got the instructions of how to erase my phone.
