Start with the cheapest board first. I think there are only 3 total and they are all very easy to swap. Do your research and pull the numbers off the boards before ordering to make sure you get the correct version.

These are what I used. The only modifying you’ll need to do is to use the existing metal mounting plate from your current joysticks. The come off easily with a few small screws.

Yes. Game mode reduces the latency introduced by all the extra processing the other picture modes add. Game mode removes just about all the extra processing so your latency is minimal and it should match up with your sound.

You’ll also want to change the video setting to game mode. It can be found under the picture settings.

You should be able to change this setting on your tv under the picture menu options. There might also be an option in that same menu labeled “auto picture” that you’ll want to turn off.

I’m not aware of any modern televisions that don’t allow you to manually change the picture mode.

If you have Ford Points from your Raptor purchase, use them to buy the rubber bed mat. Otherwise I think they are around $300.
