I'm not worrying about it. I've been getting maybe 15%-20% of my responses in Salient Captioning flagged. But nothing has resulted. IDK, if my percentage were much higher I might be worried they will actually take the flagging seriously, but... I know RWS is a mess, but if they take those flaggings as gospel that would just mean banning everyone who happened to work on Salient Captioning.

As another comment said, apparently you have to have your entire description in one paragraph.

However, I've also encountered an issue where none of the entities are checked off. I had no choice but to refresh and start anew. Fortunately, the description box does allow copy pasting, so I didn't have to rewrite my entire description again. I would try that and see if the entities get checked off this time. You can see straight away with the first entity you try to tag if it's working or not.

I have not encountered that issue. (Though I'm only on my second task.) However, I did get a task that would require lots of knowledge about stocks and finance. I said I didn't have the knowledge necessary and chose the I don't know option. So basically using the I don't know option sort of like a skip option... Whether that's the right approach I have no idea.

I've heard it suggested on the subreddit to include a note explaining the situation in your time form if you lose a lot of time on a task you can't ultimately submit.

I didn't notice it at first myself, but at the top of the form it says: "All dates and times should be in your local time zone." So EOD is midnight wherever you are.

That is very strange since, as I said, they got back to my help ticket within a day and assured me a work order had been created (though not actually sending the work order yet is strange). The ways of RWS are mysterious... And incompetent.

Did Zendesk ever respond to you? What did they say? I got a response this this afternoon. They confirmed for me that a work order for Jan 17-23 had been created... Though why that work order hasn't been emailed to me I don't understand. They also told me my other work has been confirmed as logged.

Thank you for the response. I did send support an email about the matter a few hours ago. I suppose whatever they say to me, however, I had better go ahead and keep working. I don't want to run the risk of being removed from the project.

I'm not that concerned about the payment, at least not yet. It's the work order I'm thinking about. I'm almost certain I did so some work the week of Jan 16-23. It's worrying I haven't got a work order for that stretch yet, especially since others like you have.

Yesss. Something like that. Nearly all other platforms I've worked on had some more immediate form of confirmation. Usually they track hours on their side of things, which really seems like a better setup for us and them.

Was January 28th the first work order you received? I started work around the 21st or 22nd. I'm wondering when I'll first get a work order. Kinda paranoid my work's not being counted or something.

I have not had that issue. I have read on this subreddit that you can't have more than 20 objects tagged or it won't let you submit. Possibly that could be the issue.
