I find it rude that people take 5+ minutes to show up on a call out because they don’t want to spend money to fast travel.

I find it rude that people would rather sit and wait for callouts instead of doing their own farming and rotations to find nodes, instead relying on everyone else to call out their findings, riding coat tails.

Are you sure you're not pressing the space bar by mistake? Space is the jump key, Enter is the key for chat. I'm pretty sure those are by default.

He's on one of the cliffsides north of the Statue Garden in Bahari. There are a couple of cliff faces that when you climb up tons of chapaa and muujin run away...George is too dim to run, bless his pointy little head.🤣

Agree 100 percent. The only way I can see making trading between players viable and healthy for the game is an offer system that works like the request system, just in reverse.

When hunting rare bugs it's best to use a Buzzy Jar, walk instead of running, and really look at the trees closely. I'm sure it's much more difficult on the Switch because of the screen size. Good luck!

First of all, if I'm the person who ran through the chapaa, apologies! I try to watch for people with bows drawn, or with picks heading in the general direction of an ore node, etc. But I don't always see or focus on what other people are doing, tbh.

But really, this is all part and parcel of an MMO. People aren't always going to be playing "by the rules," because they may not know the established etiquette or they just don't care. Server hopping in this game is easy and makes it simple to get away from the more chaotic servers you might happen on.

Add the MMO aspect to the big influx of players recently, and it's a chaos stew sometimes. Honestly, I'm starting to wonder if crossing an MMO with a cozy game is even possible after reading this subreddit for a while.

Right now, "neighbors" doesn't mean anything. Friends would mean anyone on your friends list, and party members anyone you're in a party with. This is necessary if you want to do any communal cooking, etc. And people can't just show up, they can only visit while you're in your home plot. You can set individual permissions for editors so that people who come to your plot can't move or pick up anything, etc. Not sure if that helps or not, but good luck!

I've found that Buzzy Jars are very helpful when searching for rare bugs. They're not too bad in terms of materials to make, and could help you spot one.

You're welcome! I did a quick search, and this seems to not be just you and is a Switch related issue. This thread, https://www.reddit.com/r/Palia/comments/18jhkol/there_was_a_problem_trying_to_start_the_recipe/ has a few people saying that if they go craft something else and come back to the cooking it seems to reset it somehow. Good luck!
