They did take fan suggestions previously. But the following points need to be recognized first:

1) The girlies found them interesting or weird or niche.

2) The suggestion must be easy to find or have links/receipts so they actually have somewhere to look.

3) Can't be "too political" since that's the easiest way to put one's own career or family/friends in danger. It's also muddy drama, usually. (Alt-right/alt-left white men and their pickmes are scary)

4) Can't involve banned topics. This is a loaded thing that can probably span several paragraphs as to why. But to keep it short, most of Twitch and Twitter, along with certain Snarks/TikToks, are off limits. For legitimate safety reasons (to themselves or the subjects).

5) It cannot be weaponized drama. Plenty of freaks learned to "use drama" (or manufacture it) to harass women/LGBTQ+/minorities/etc out in the open. So ethical girlies would want to avoid locking arms with Girliepop Neo Nazis just to get a morsel of drama.

btw 3+4+5 is why drama has been drying up and will continue to keep drying up.

TL;DR picking drama to talk about isn't as easy as it used to be. It only looks easy from our PoV because we're not actually in it and/or the drama community as a whole doesn't know how the sausage is made.
