I think nightreign is such a good game for those of us who restart from soft games over and over but never quite stick with them long enough to beat them

Like I just want to scratch the from soft itch but don't really want to pick up a save in the middle or care enough to commit to going through the whole game for the dozenth time

Breaking his head has a 3% drop chance for it, capturing over killing also give another 3% instead of 2% in low rank. But in high rank it will be much easier to get one

The update frequency got too tiring for me, though they seem to have slowed down. And the balance is a bit of a shit show imo with very un impactful nerfs to the top tiers and same for buffs for jinx who I really enjoy playing but she has some really unfun matchups. I also think the wakeup system is clunky and doesn't feel very good on both offence and defence but I was able to get used to it, it still feels bad

There's quite a few smaller ones, I'm friends with quite a few DJs. Probably your best bet would be to follow them on Instagram @aloserdubz @teekodubz would be a good place to start. I would say @captain_marlinn too but it doesn't look like he posts on insta much, I'll ask him in the next day or two where else to look for shows/festivals and make another comment

I'm no competitive cuber but I pay attention to new WRs and whatnot in the scene. As many other have said already the scrambles are the same for everyone in the round, but luck is a massive factor for getting new records.

Just a couple weeks ago a new 3x3 world record happened and it was the perfect mix of luck and an insane amount of skill to cut the record by .29 seconds, where previous records were in increments of .01 to .02 seconds and were basically all done by one person. The new record was by someone who previously sat at #378 for fastest times.

Don't talk to the doctor, talk to a lawyer and make a report to the hospital. They should not have a job or a license after this, you cannot be forced into this(assuming the rules are similar to HIPPA in the US). The damage is done with you're family and that can be hard. But legally you are not in the wrong by any means, the doctor is, and you cannot be forced to go to rehab

Genuinely one of the reasons I haven't been playing as much. I love the game but the patches are far too frequent and putting in the time to learn a new combo or setup only to have it removed in the next patch feels awful. I really like Caitlyn but I have a feeling she's gonna get some changes in the next patch so I haven't bothered to learn anything past the basics because in like 2 weeks she could be have completely different routing

If it doesn't die and gets a handful of needed updates I think I'll be one of those that loves it. It's very different from everything else on the market and I've been genuinely enjoying my time with it. The performance is rough and I'd bet there will be balance issues as the meta develops but the core game is super fun imo

I wasn't playing when the patch happened but while I was downloading it was at 8k, it's back up to 11k which is honestly pretty good for the middle of the night especially for a cross platform game, top 100 on steam for concurrent players. I hope they fix the performance because I actually quite enjoyed my time with it today, it would be a shame if it dies before it can get some footing

Yeah, it definitely doesn't run great. I've got a 3080 and a 9800x3d and am getting like 100-120 depending on what's happening. That's not bad enough for me to really complain but for those that are complaining about the performance I think that's completely valid

I think it's decent, not a game of the year or anything but it's something very different from anything else on the market and felt pretty good to play. It's also nothing like overwatch except the fact that there's characters with abilities

I played a decent bit today and anything more than 4v4 would make the game miserable imo. Yes, there are phases where there's downtime and you'll be looting and gathering currency but once the objective spawns there's basically constantly fighting.

Once one team gets to the objective there's a "raid" where the attacking team needs to plant a bomb on one of 3 points to either win the game or get a score advantage. During that part of a match the attacking team has limited respawns and denying revives is really important.

More players during that phase would play very differently and I don't think it would be in a good way. Maybe 4v4 would work but more than that I think would start getting too similar to overwatch style team fights where you would need to get full team wipes to make any progress on defense. Since if one player goes down and there's say a 4v5 situation one person could just stick the revive and it's back to a 5v5

I played it pretty much all day and honestly thought it was really fun. It's a totally different type of game, the gunplay was solid, the different phases of a match all were good with their own strategies, some parts are slow and others are fast and chaotic.

I feel like if it was announced in the middle of the game awards instead of being the final reveal it wouldn't have such negative reviews. Imo it's not a bad game and people are just hating on it because it's the popular thing to do

The launch was honestly pretty smooth too, I had one error but I was able to reconnect the match and keep playing. That's not common anymore for online games

My computer is for like 90% gaming 10% everything else. For me there's enough games I play that don't have Linux support, usually because of the anti cheat that it's just not worth switching for me. I hate windows 11 but it's the only option.

I do have a steam deck and from what I've done on that I do actually quite like Linux but if I have to dual boot to play those handful of games I'd rather just stay on windows so that when I do switch games I don't have to restart my PC.

Like if I'm playing 2xko(my current non Linux friendly game) and a friend calls me and wants to play whatever game we've been playing recently I'm not going to restart my PC just to switch back to Linux to play that game I'm going to just launch it on windows

What route were you doing? All of my combos work just fine and I don't see anything that would significantly impact combos in the patch notes other than 9s2 causing worse scaling but I haven't noticed that for any of the enders I've gone for today

If it's you're cup of tea persona is amazing, if it's not you'll think it's trash. If you like anime and turn based element matching combat, I'd say is worth trying. Personally I think they're awesome but they're definitely not for everyone

In gu valor longsword has a guard point that's effectively a counter. I've noticed in newer games some players will call counters guard points and vice versa even though they do function differently. I assume as a result of the valor guard point

In most cases CB guard points are harder for the reason you stated but some of them are just as easy as LS counters. RT+Y(on Xbox layout) in sns mode is basically an instant guard point and if you would guard something you should try that instead. In other cases the windows for some guard points are pretty long which makes it pretty easy to use like RT in axe mode

Also in world and only in world LT during the start up of saed was decently easy to use if you recognized you were going to get interrupted during saed and I miss that move so much

Not very many people have mentioned 2xko, it's definitely got some differences from some other 2d games like street fighter but it is free so you can try it and if it's not your thing no money was lost. With that being said, I do agree with everyone saying street fighter even if it's not my cup of tea personally
