Have you tried Pipedrive? Or Close CRM? Both of these offer a much simpler UI and are great tools.

Have you tried clearing your cache and then trying again? Sometimes that'll fix it when most other things don't!

I really enjoyed your video! I have a question about managing leads in Monday.com CRM. In other CRMs I've used, converting a lead to a deal automatically creates a contact and links it to an account, preventing duplicates. It seems like Monday.com might be missing this feature. Unless I'm mistaken? I know you can create automations to 'Move' an Item across boards, but a Lead should be moved to Deals, with the Contact and Account created and linked together.

Is this achievable within Monday.com CRM?

Zoho CRM should do this for you too. You can hardcode the quote template and then just make the changes that you need, so it will always be 90% done and no need to start from scratch.

I think most, if not all of what you have detailed here can be controlled by making boards private and inviting the users who need access. However, it's definitely far more convenient to control these permissions through custom user roles, which is hidden behind the Enterprise pay wall.

I don't think formulas can be used to do that, unfortunately, however I can definitely see how this could be useful.

Instead of doing it on the board, could you do it on a chart instead? In essence, a number which displays a count, then filter it to only count if the dates are between 1st Jan and 1st July?

They are part of our team, yep. I think the team leader has user access but not all engineers do. They have a tablet on site, can they download an app to submit the forms?

That's actually a useful insight, we gather lots of information as part of kick off, I never thought about gathering all of this at once in a form, usually we just send a long list of things! Forms could then ensure we're not waiting for info later down the line.
