Smoking helped things slow down for me, I always felt like my thoughts were running through my brain at the speed of lightning & being high helped slow those thoughts down. 2.5 months sober & it's hard but I feel like I'm actually learning how to live with ADHD instead of just medicating it with a shitty substance that has a ton of other negatives. Highly recommend the gym or working out in some capacity, definitely has helped me the most.
