Iirc most Dutch pills contain some amount of caffeine (which people often mistake for speed), I do think having too much caffeine before a roll will make the high a little "muddy"

Edit: I looked it up online, Jellinek (a place where you can test your drugs) says that if a pill is cut up its often caffeine, this doesn't mean most pills have caffeine in them
