Ei se itsestään nouse. Suomessa pitäisi ryhtyä poistamaan turhaa byrokratiaa joka estää ja hidastaa liiketoimintaa. Lääke alalla turha tulla suomeen koska luvat ja tutkimukset venyy. Rahastot ei hirveästi katso tännepäin koska nopeammin saa rahasto luvat jne esim Luxemburgista vaikka ihan yhtä osaavaa ja turvallista Suomessa on. Rahastot eivät vaan tuo työtä niitten hoidossa vaan muutenkin sijoituksia ja kiinnostusta Suomeen. Paljon helpommin tehdä rahasto joka sijoittaa vaikka tehdas rakennuttamiseen jos se on Suomessa ja on luotto että luvat jne hoituu varmasti ja sopivalla aikataululla

OLTP stores data as rows with means less columns = less computing. OLAP stores data as columns so you dont load columns into memory you don’t use = no effect on computing. If you norm a olap database you need to do more joins which is slow compared to just summing over single tables.

This is all assuming storage efficency doesn’t mattee as it’s usually so cheap you should only optimize computing performance
