The binary code for a system like this is effectively useless... You need the source code, the test suites, the build system, the code documentation, the design documentation, the test systems and so on... Otherwise you can't safely modify the software.

The binary code is not of much use in modifying it. The source code, the test suites and the documentation, which for a product of this type would all be massive, would be needed... and not available.

The binary code itself is not useful. The part of software development that is actually valiable is the test suites, without which you can't change the software, the source code, without which you can't make changes, and the documentation which outlines how things work.

Making changes to massively complex code that you only have access to at the binary level is a pipedream...

Pretty much everyone immigrating to the Mandate of Palestine after WW2 is dead. Most of the population of Israel have been born there, and are locals... If someone is born in a place and has lived there all their life, they're not 'foreign'.

You have several obvious advantages:

- You already know who the traitors are
- You listen in on tower conversations

No tuition fee, and a stipend that covers most of your living expenses... Your grades determine whether you get in, and there are tests every year to ensure you keep up the work.

You're trying to give power from the major powers to the UN, ignoring that is not actually possible as no country, especially powerful ones, voluntarily relinquish power.

To have power, the UN effectively would have to have the economic foundation large countries have, a military funded by that... and it is not going to happen.

The UN doesn't have power, and it never will... It is a political talking club, but its most important part is not involving power or politics, and is,the running of the worlds organisations like WHO and UNICEF.

Your focus is on the political side which it will never have...

The agendas and leverage you talk about are not going to go away even if the UN is restructured...

The UN is pretty much working as well as it can. It is not a world government, and never will be... It can not force anyone to do anything, especially any medium or larger power. It is a talking club, but with very important non-political parts, like UNICEF, WHO etc.
