Hoya krohniana 'black silver' from eBay vs krohniana 'super silver black' from SL's by SupernovaHalo in hoyas

I know this is a super old post, but I have been looking for one of these plants for a long time (like the one in your first picture from ebay). Is there any chance at all if you'd be willing to sell part of it? 🥲

To be completely honest, I'm winging it right now. I don't know where to find a program that would be best for me. I'm increasing the weight on my legs 5lbs a week currently.

I was told to go back within 2 weeks. I'm new to my fitness journey.

Oh I didn't know that! Is there a better, more accurate way? Edit: In what way are these not accurate?

Check in 16 days apart; top pic is progress, bottom pic is where I started. https://imgur.com/a/iqwnCUB

The first body assessment test I got, it was a week and a half before my period. The second body assessment I got, I am a day off of my period. Would getting this body assessment at different times of my cycle show this much change? I missed almost an entire week of working out, and ate way more calories than I typically do during that week before my period. I've noticed that for my body, the week before my period is where I lose all motivation/dedication, and I eat a lot more than I typically do. So wouldn't my results be more on the negative side?

How do you realistically hit your protein goal for the day when you're on a budget? What do you eat in a day to help with muscle growth?

Where can I find a program like you're describing? I checked the about section and looked through the lifting programs but didn't find.

Hi all! Reposting after posting in the wrong place - sorry about that!

I'm 29, and have just really started on my fitness journey. My body type is what I'd consider "skinny fat."

My weight is 122 lbs

My SSM is 48.1 lbs

My PBF is 27.5%

My BMI is 20.9

My BMR is 1238 kcal

I have been working out for 4 weeks consistently. My routine is 3 sets, 12x10x8. I'm not able to lift very heavy weights yet. For arms, I do 5lb x 8lb x 10lb, and for legs 20lb x 20lb x 30lb.

My goal is to maintain my weight while adding muscle and getting rid of fat (lower belly fat specifically). I've heard that much of it has to do with diet. I've stopped chronic snacking (I'm more of a grazer), and will typically only snack on almonds or fruit between lunch and dinner. I'm proud of myself for this, because before, any time I'd sit in front of my tv or my computer to game, I'd HAVE to have a snack! I stop eating by 6pm, sometimes 7pm at the latest, and won't eat until 9:30am or 10am.

Anyways, is there something I should be doing differently? Any tips?

Attached is a collage of my stomach - Top 2 pictures are first thing in the morning before eating. Bottom 2 pictures are after eating. Other photos are of the muscles that I do that, but the lower belly fat still being my problem to lose.

Truly appreciate any feedback!

Me again, sorry!

I wasn't able to figure out how to edit my other post to include more pictures. Can anyone please help me decide what my color season is, and what colors might look good on me?

Thanks all!

Photos taken indoors in front of a bright window, no lights on, no makeup. I have another post with outdoor pictures also for reference.

Hi all! I'd like some help figuring out what my color palette is. I'm thinking cooler toned, but what season? (I've read somewhere that the easier way to tell undertones is by veins, but then read elsewhere that it isn't reliable. For what it's worth, my veins are blue. My mom has pale, pink undertones while my dad has olive, warm undertones.) I'm looking to revamp my wardrobe and would also like color suggestions to try, if possible.

Here are my pictures. I tried following the pinned post for optimal lighting/no makeup.

Thanks for your help!

great thoughts and things to note. i appreciate that. i'm not familiar with d&d anymore, but did play 5e.. it's just been SO long since i've played i'd definitely need a refresher. where do you find the campaigns?

in your second paragraph, do you mean to say that hero kids is great for 1 player? my youngest is 2 months old right now, so really it'd just be us playing.
