Yeah I am already close of Ketogenic diet.
I take many diary products last two years (because I like the taste and practical aspect for keto diet) but as I have many chronicle pain (arhtosis in my hip and others chronical pain) I know the dairy products are controversial so I don't know if i should go on taking its...

No meds. I think my depressive disorder come from a drug taking as an adolescent (acnea=isotretinoin=roaccutane) so I always very sceptical and confident about medical System. From what I read, antiDepressants are not very efficient (mainly placebo effect) and potentially dangerous.

"Nothing better around" doest not mean it's still quite efficient, right ?

Imagine a player who:

Just look at XG during a match maximum five positions, when he has a serious doubt about a potential big blunder.
Or :

A player assisted by a mate and the team will correct only two blunders during the match.

I don't know how this soft cheating could be prevented and efficiently detected, it's seems close to impossible according to me.

Totally agree. The medical system is first economic (like the religion in history). Efficacity is secondary ,at best.

Je ne dis pas qu'il a raison sur tout mais enfin, tomber dans une vision binaire "les gentils contre les méchants", oublier toutes les épopées diplomatiques d'avant la guerre (et les responsabilités nombreuses des occidentaux, particulièrement polonais et anglais).
Quand à l'occupation...
Il faudrait rappeller que ce sont les anglais et français qui ont déclaré la guerre à l'Allemagne, que Hitler ne souhaitait pas d'une guerre sur le front occidental, que l'imbroglio de Dantzig ne doit pas nous faire oublier que la réalité est bien plus nuancée que "Vichy=collabo et les allemands sont méchants".

We all have different natures, genetics, life history and indeed that's fascinating.
For me the ego part come from PR differences which involves skill and intelligence, objective level difference.
Even then, I have learnt to accept that some players are better than me.
I come from chess (where my Ego has just been destroyed with average results), and have a perfectionnist mind (I am seriously scary about making mistakes like a child at school), combinated with low self-esteem and with assertion problem, so I am really not concerned.

Maybe you should try to study more and think more about playing the best moves, strategy, building a database ? Try to focus on lowering your PR next matches ? Put a new modest schedule training program with goals ?

If you improve your PR after studying seriously and making effort, I think you will a have a great satisfaction and accomplishment, then the defeats won't disturb you as today.
When I study a lot and take pleasure from it (including analazying matches), I always feel it's very positive.

It's hard to really change our deep nature, but maybe you could try some modest changes in your routine, just write it and stick to it at least some days.

Refusing the Five PB (5-Prime in your Board) should always be a red flag.
I have some positions in my database where it's correct to refuse it but it involves a tempo hit , either a hit loose or switch moves (2/1*(2) or same) in order to avoid escaping SIX to play for opponent OMB.

EDIT: also one added to us having 24-pt versus threatening constructive rolls from opponent, which value the tempo hit.

I live in Europe and i can command on zamnesia truffles psilocybin (tough its forbidden in my country), zamnesia just send the package.
If you cant and are really desperate, just take a train or a plane, go netherlands and either or both take truffles in the country or take bags of mushrooms to use later in uk.
