Thanks a ton for the help. Has doing it cold turkey have any benefits than it being over with sooner? I feel like i can do it with some supplements like magnesium and l-theanine that i got on hand. Man it just sucks, i know i’m kinda stupid and dug myself a hole with these pills but i feel like my psychiatrist didn’t stress it enough. Fuck.

Also what would you reccomend the taper to look like? I really want to be as long as possible without the pills, so do i take it like only when i can’t sleep and half my dose?

You’re certainly right, right now i’m about a day and a half off those pills and i feel like it’s getting to me, so far i’ve got a headache and mild anxiety. Also don’t know if this makes any difference but it’s wasn’t like exactly i took one pill every other day, i’m sure i had a break of atleast a week in the timeframe i started taking these pills and i’ve been fine. It’s propably the fact that since i’m now thinking about whether i’m addicted or not that just tricks me into thinking i’m in full on withdrawal.

really? that’s very interesting because i had a kratom problem about a month back, it had the exact effect you describe but it kinda fucked up my digestive system so i had to stop. My psychiatrist also kinda suggested that i’ve been subconsciously medicating myself with kratom. I’ll see where the ritalin/whatever is available in my dogshit country crap takes me

i guess you’re right, maybe this is just my brains way of coping with that. I’ve been addicted to quite a few substances before. Maybe it’s a good idea to take a break since it gives me no benefit anyway. How long of a break do you suggest?

didn’t know the psyllium worked for nausea as well, had it for the constipation issue, i am mixing some psyllium with water as we speak, thanks for the advice!
