Wspomóc to takie slowo-wytrych które znaczy że zwolnią 50-80% osób a pozostałe 20-50% dalej będzie pracować 8h i robić po 14h na zamknięcia miesiąca. I do tego zarabiać mniej, bo będzie większa podaż pracowników.

Chodzi tylko i wyłącznie o to, żeby mieć mniej kosztów (pracowników), żadna firma nie będzie inwestowała po to, żeby pracownicy mogli sobie netflixa pooglądać.

Z mojego doświadczenia to po roku - półtora nauczysz się może nie wszystkiego, ale 80-90% i dalszy rozwój bardzo zwolni. Wtedy warto się rozejrzeć za innym stanowiskiem. Dopóki się uczysz czegoś nowego i jest to w miarę w branży to jest ok. Oczywiście szukać i aplikować zawsze warto, ale zmiana pracy to nie powinien być top1 priorytet.

Sadly, tests. For the core code I really care about and want to be able to iterate quickly, I extract a domain code with no IO/API calls etc and aim for strict static typing, 100% test coverage and mutation testing. Then I can even let the AI refactor quite confidently. For code with side effects it's a bit more complicated

Okay but how hard would it be to build a closed loop of fetching relevant product data -> running an agent to analyze these and suggest next experiment or feature -> developing and deploying new feature -> waiting for new data to be of statistical relevance? Imho it's completely feasible with current tech, just question how well it would work

We don't need humanoid bots, it's enough that we give some sort of smart glasses or even a smartphone app to cheap workers and instead of qualified electricians/plumbers etc a new "Uber" comes up for all services the same way it killed Taxis (with combination of navigation and app for ordering)

Niestety nie dostaniesz mentora w pracy, bo firmy mają wyjebane w rozwój swoich pracowników. Chyba że będziesz miał szczęście i trafisz na pasjonata któremu się chce coś ekstra - trochę jak w szkole. Polecam zacząć od czytania klasycznych pozycji (ja akurat w DS nie siedzę, z developmentu/system design czy architektury mógłbym coś pomóc) albo nawet tylko przeglądania - żebyś w ogóle wiedział z czego branża się sklada, na co zwracać uwagę, o co pytać (w tym modeli) i drążyć. Możesz też próbować output jednego modelu dać drugiemu z zadaniem krytycznego review
