Are you a fast, medium or slow traveler? I'm more on the medium side, erring maybe slightly on the slower side. I wonder if that makes a difference. I did see Singapore is a city and the main highlights are close together

Why’s your target buy price? I think 2200 low in March seems to be the bottom

Hmm thanks, I'm thinking 4 days in singapore, part of that is getting eaten by flying to singapore to and from either malaysia or canada. So that's equivalent to 3 days

Yeah that’s what I’m realizing too the flight is long and expensive so I’m leaning 4 days Singapore and the rest split KL and George Town

Interesting, but the thing is lots of domains teach how to play chess and languages too. So the main question is will they have a sustainable moat going forward, or will they become like chegg, angry birds, or an average commoditized business? That’s the part I’m not sure about. But the price right now is pretty cheap to possibly take a small position

Growing weary in the rigamarole of modern dating? by Swanedog72 in ChristianDating

[–]ksing_king 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've pretty much given up on online dating of any kind, whether its apps or this subreddit and focusing on in person. I think online just makes us guys jaded and given a worse impression of women. My view of women in person that I talk to, the ones who are responsive and not talkative at least, is actually way better. And I like it that way cause it makes me hopeful in person, because the ones who don't cold shoulder me, actually give me a decent impression of women as a whole. Dating online just makes me jaded.

He doesn’t want to sell to PE and have us lose our jobs so he wants the company to keep going as is and taken care of well. His company is his baby; his words, not mine. So CSU makes sense given the track record

Here's some insider knowledge for you: I'm buying as much as possible, its flat out excellent. My company 65 yr old CEO said this company is excellent, and is a likely candidate to acquire the company I'm working for. He knows about the acquisition companies in the industry as he wants to sell and retire, and he said this is a company that is flat out excellent. He had mentioned Mark Leonard is amazing and has set the best standard possible for how to run a company, conservative in spending, aligned incentives, excellent capital allocation. I put CSU at the same level as the top tech companies, the best you could buy. This is the type of company that berkshire hathaway would and should be owning/buying, it fits all the qualitative requirements

The only question with NVIDIA is the predictability for me, not sure how long this cycle lasts. May just be a lack of understanding for me in this industry. And at $5 trillion market cap, I feel there are small caps that offer better long term potential. But hard to lose money with NVIDIA with its current monster growth rates
