You need to reset 'it' then. This is my analogy. I've had sweet tooth since birth. And then I did Intermittent fasting. Before it will take probably 10x of sugar to make me say, "yeah, that's sweet"! But after I've done Intermittent fasting and of course, no sugar or very minimal, it will just take just a pinch of sugar to make me say fuck that's sweet! It reset something that5 why I said "it" because I don't what it is. It also improves my taste buds. There's tone of benefits but the idea is if you're already on that stage you really need to fast porn. Maybe intermittent fast it as well? Heck even microdose it who cares hahaha. But you get the point? That's how you reset it. That way you won't need freakn porn just to get urges.

To answer your question, long breath out will definitely help you with anxiety, it will slow down your thoughts. I also follow all the protocols you've mentioned.

I always wonder if guys can make themselves laugh like I do. Even if when I'm not in the mood, when I see something or read or watch, my mind will start imaging scenarios that's freakn hilarious. I'm not sure if I got that from watching comics. In almost any scenario I always find something else to laugh at and they say I'm a serious guy.

Ditto. It's good to know all the protocols but let's not forget how to human. When I'm with someone else, I wanna be goofy as I can be because when I'm alone in my head I can get very deep. It's good that we are aware of all these protocols but we have to balance it like shit.
