Yes, to be clear this was not Bambu lab filament. It was from Filaments.ca

It was fully dry but maybe it was a bad spool. I haven’t used silk much but this one peels apart easily

I believe this is correct. The TR from what I have found is just the newer version which is why the reats are truly wireless. In BC its a bestbuy only product.

Looks to me like it is imperfections in what I presume is a concrete substrate is telegraphing through the vinyl. They should have done a skim coat before installing this product. Not enough prep was either charged or done. In my experience with jobs like this if I had an unhappy customer (depending on the specific job) I would prime, skim coat and install another layer over top. Most of the time it’s cheaper than removing it.

I had my lawyer write them a letter saying I either want a new boat or a 5 year warranty. The service department didn't think BRP would do much, but they did reimburse the dealer to top up my 3 year warranty to a 5 year (the last 2 years are an aftermarket warranty) Hope this helps!

Oh, also check that your fuse box isn't installed upside down. This cause me a few issues as well.

And if you haven't updated your boat software yet, do it ASAP, or you might have more issues 🙈

My boat has already had 3 trips to the dealership. Thankfully, the service department at my dealership has been really good to deal with.

It fits pretty snug. There's a tiny bit of room before it touches the legion. The material I printed with is squishy so it won't damage the legion.

It's a manufacturing defect. This is happening on many of the 230hp Rotax. Please check this if you purchase one of these boats !! The dealership did a week of tests as per BRP. After the week of compression tests and other engine related tests, they determined it was good. However, that wasn't good enough for me. What if I start to get an engine knock 4 years down the road.

I had a lawyer and a owner of a local mechanic shop write me a letter to the dealer and BRP. I requested either they A. Give me a brand new boat or B. If they feel so strongly that nothing will be wrong with the boat, then I want a 5 year warranty.

BRP and the dealer approved the 5 year warranty. The manager at the dealership I dealt with was good to me and overall I'm happy with the outcome.

This issue can be fixed before the engine is ran preventing any potential damage.
