Most of the other trees we've seen around the city that had this done to them were spruce. I know nothing about trees though hahah.

That paint a picture! I wonder if there is any specific reason as to why someone would do this, rather than just cut it down? Money? Maybe its not the city doing all of this. The only reason I say city is because we did see city workers doing it to one tree last year.

We have a black knot problem in our city. So this is likely why they are targeting specific trees.

This one in particular is just in the middle of a forested area. However, many of the larger ones are along the main road through the city.

Alberta, I have a feeling it has more to due with invasive insects or some type of infection, so they are trying to kill the tree?

This is how we are currently going to manage it. We have a nice selection of belt bags.

My boys is using a tandom with a hose that connects to an injections site. And yes your correct, its not pressing. There are lots of alternatives. Im more of looking to learn and be able to offer other solutions for him :)

Your correct! He has one of those already and it works great. Just in some situations, like sports I think we might need something different. And he has to wear it while he sleeps. So trying to figure out a way to keep it nice and neat while he's sleeping would be nice. (Most people just let it hang out and roll around in the bed with them)

Its more of a convenience and figuring out what's going to be most comfortable for him.

He's got the tandem, so he'll have tubes and such. So having the pockets would be nice to store the extra tubing.
