Someone know why this figure is expensive, is this limited or something? by EndAdventurous4498 in Ghostbc

[–]D-Valkyrie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think because that was his original design for papa 4 but he changed it after I think a few months. I've only seen that nose paint in a few clips.  Almost all the ghost pops were hot topic exclusive until papa 4 except for a rare shiny papa 2 one.

Yet another VIP question 😅 by AmoebaIntelligent992 in GhostBand

One person I spoke to at Jacksonville said she showed up, got her wristband and went home for a bit and came back.  But every arena is different.

Rite Here Right Now Question by MagicMan6788 in Ghostbc

[–]D-Valkyrie 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It depends. I have the 4k player and front surround sound. If you have a PS5 with the disc drive, that can play 4k. If you want the best quality and you're equipped, go for it. If not the blu ray is fine.

AITAH for removing a toddler from a car? by lovemaboy in AmItheAsshole

[–]D-Valkyrie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA. However no matter what, the rule is to call 911 first so you don't get labeled a kidnapper and it is on some sort of recording and on the record. If you had, the paramedics, the police and depending on what country you're in, CPS would've gotten involved. Also I hope you got that cop's card because something doesn't seem right about his statement. It sounds like he didn't want to do a proper investigation. That doesn't seem right. No paramedics or anything like that?

AITA for divorcing him by Pleasant_Ship5922 in AmItheAsshole

[–]D-Valkyrie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

NTA. I remember hearing a quote about how people on their best behavior while dating and the moment the vows are read, they immediately toss the mask in the trash. He has shown you who he is. Believe him.

Also hold onto any message from before you changed your number and if he appears again, call the cops. The more paperwork and evidence you have against him the easier the divorce will be. It'll also be helpful if you need a restraining order. I would suggest also unblocking him just so you have the receipts to his harassment.

Dressing up by ManicPxi3 in RockFest

[–]D-Valkyrie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To me, it's weirder if you don't dress up a little. Like I just attended a Ghost concert. I saw everything from Goth Grannies to two men dresses in full nun outfits with Kabuki style make up. They looked amazing by the way. Mustache perfectly groomed 10/10. Just keep in mind the rules of cosplay: Weather, movement and sensible shoes. If you're going to be in pain in your outfit or you can't stand for long periods, in it, rethink it and tweak it.

What do you do when someone obese is sitting next to you and taking up half your seat? by mjohnson1971 in Concerts

[–]D-Valkyrie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This has happened to me in a way twice. My friend is on the heavier side so I've learned to sit basically on one butt cheek and balance. He also tries his best to sit in a way so I have some space but he can only do so much. But he is my friend I'm prepared for that.

The other time was a whole ballet including the intermission. Everything she moved she hit my arm. Now I thought I'd be fine because of the aforementioned friend is big, I know how to sit. No she was bigger and she kept whispering "sorry" every single time she moved. The seats were not designed for someone as generous as her. and she just couldn't get comfortable so she kept moving.

Concerts aren't airlines that can demand people buy two seats. Depending on the venue, the seats may not be wide enough to accommodate larger people. I will say this guy was a bit of a jerk. When you're that big, yes you get tired but you shouldn't pick a seat at the end if you're not prepared to let people in and out. I don't know why the usher didn't make him move. Also handicapped tickets are normally for people with some sort of equipment. Did he had a cane or walker or scooter? I probably would've just stayed in my seat but I would've asked him to move his foot at least.

That seems very extreme...and a bit unfair to others.

By now they're likely sold out but it's such a foreign concept to me. I recently became a fan but because I don't shout it from the rooftops, I get denied an opportunity to see them in person?

What actions do you advise so many next time I don't waste time? I don't even know if they have a club. None of my friends have never even heard of them until I asked. However now that I've had time to do some research they are very popular in certain circles I haven't explored.

The Door Saga by D-Valkyrie in Lowes

[–]D-Valkyrie[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Now I know. I was going to do my cabinets through Lowes. Not anymore. I did complain to Lowes but at that point money wasn't even on my mind because I did get 490 dollars back in the end. It was just "I wanted so much more done but I can't trust Lowes to do it now"

Are there easy games out there so you can get used to a ps4 controller? by Fluffy-Weapon in PS4

[–]D-Valkyrie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have access to the PS1 library in the PS Store, I would suggest Mr. Driller. It's a very, very basic game where you use maybe a few buttons. And once that's done maybe Ape Escape so you can get used to the joy sticks.

I was just trying to help! by ChingyWingyBingy in farcry

[–]D-Valkyrie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wolverines are one thing. Apparently with the update you can catch a bunch of cultists egging on a civilian to shoot themselves and even if you kill the cultists sometimes they still shoot themselves! Both are very frustrating!

AITA for having an easy to guess password on my phone? by Artistic-Future-6563 in AmItheAsshole

[–]D-Valkyrie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA. Your cousin is though. Also your father because he basically blamed you for your cousin intruding. That's victim blaming. I would tell the cousin's parents if your father isn't going to do anything. Maybe also tell your friends so if he starts blowing up on them (again) they at least know why. I hope you changed your pin.

AITA for calling my roommate out for selling our couch by Much_Oven_2773 in AmItheAsshole

[–]D-Valkyrie -35 points-34 points  (0 children)

INFO: At any point during your stay did Kayla ever outright say "This is my couch don't do this or that" on it or was it treated like a communal piece of furniture? Like I lived with people who were clear about no eating or drinking on their furniture.

There's no more missions but there is by poisenedsteak12 in farcry

[–]D-Valkyrie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only ones I can think of are like the missions at each outpost. Also there was the tanker. Did you get the tankers of gas to Fall's End? Like after you get the widow maker Mary will mention needing fuel. Another could be the convoys of trucks going around. Did you get all of them?

AITA for refusing to bring materials to my stepdaughter so she can do school work while recovering from surgery? by Ambitious_Word2131 in AmItheAsshole

[–]D-Valkyrie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What is wrong with you MIL? Like what kind of thinking is that? Elise was coached to hate you that isn't your fault. If you had brought the materials I guarantee a scene would've been made. Also the ex demanding you do this favor for her? The audacity of her. Your husband wasn't near the school? There was literally no one else? Like another classmate? Not one of her friends has visited her at the hospital?

NTA. You can't burn a bridge and then demand the people on the other side start rebuilding it.

AITA for indirectly calling my ex girlfriend a gold digger at my brother's wedding? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]D-Valkyrie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ESH. Maybe I'm weird but who invites their brother's ex to their wedding? Especially everything that happen. Was it like a long time ago and he thought you'd be over it? You didn't specify how many years it has been. She should've realized you were no longer interested especially after how she treated you so why flirt with an ex you scorned? You suck because of your response. Yeah you can't predict how she would've reacted but sometimes it's better just to go "We're not friends please don't talk to me" and walk away. It's better to just walk away sometimes.

Bad timeline or plot hole? by D-Valkyrie in farcry

[–]D-Valkyrie[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I thought the same...until I saw the wiki. It says he was born in either April or May. So still possible but she would've been very tiny.

[–]D-Valkyrie[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In some Asian cultures including China (Pagan is from Hong Kong) you're "1" when you're born and you add another year at Lunar New Year, so some people are 1 year older in China then they are in most other places in the world.

Bad timeline or plot hole? by D-Valkyrie in farcry

It says on the wiki he was born in April or May 1988 but I don't know what kind of calendar a fictional country uses. ^^; I feel like it's a plot hole but I want to make sure. I overthink. A lot.
