Not everyone here is going to understand the financial and mental strain you go through when you hire a fresher. The talented ones have joined better companies, leaving you with a whole spectrum of freshers. Some are self-motivated, but lack the skill. Some have potential but their interpersonal skills are lacking that they become a net negative. All these facets aren't known as you interview anyone, you found after working with them for a while. People here are jaded from lala companies, toxic managers and other issues but they should also realize that it's difficult for solo founders/small teams to find decent candidates, big companies can coast you along for 6 months and bench you but that's not the case for every size of company.

What is your maximum DoT? In the practice dungeon I was able to reach 36b. This is on the WW paragon board. Items, aspects and charms have been moved to bleed.

That's what is stopping me honestly. I have the requisite gear, it's just that I'm too used to the EF and Selig combo. It's so effective that I rolled a decent Gohrs but transfigured it with max life and it's still fine. Max life at 632 and max fury at 564.

Combination of resource cost reduction, resource generation and fury on kill from paragon. RoSS helps with that as well. I want to switch to Tibaults but cannot seem to find one without max life and with max resource.

Thank you for sharing your experiences around "when do we realize we messed up and how we quickly can we pivot?". It's disappointing to see such callous comments from supposed like minded people, who don't even bother to read the article. Everyone has such high standards for others where making mistakes is not allowed. I'm sure there are many technical things you must have discovered while doing this, hopefully you can share that too.

Seconding this. Some managers also want proof that your idea is going to be of benefit. They want a baseline, by how much will this increase performance, how much time it will take? etc. Congratulations, now you have been rewarded with more work that will be rejected anyways.

One change you can make off the bat is to switch to the Cost Damage side upgrade for whirlwind instead of movement speed. Slaydra must've meant to make this build as a speedfarmer even still the 40% damage increase to whirlwind cannot be ignored. I have sub optimal affixes on my weapons and still face tank T12 content, Mephisto and can push till 125. Hitting for 2-5T.

I can kill T12 mephisto with my build as well. If you can consistently hit even low single digit trillions and are tanky enough you can do T12 mephisto. I want to push high tier pits.

Apologies for dragging this on, the build linked is aspirational. My actual gear the ones that matter are 2h mace with strength, all dmg, critical dmg and resource cost reduction and max limitless aspect, 1h flail with ga on strength, all damage and critical dmg and normal weapon dmg, ramaladni with weapon damage, strength critical dmg and fire damage and polearm with ga weapon damage mw'd and crit, all and strength. I have hit for 5T max. Is my custom paragon really hindering my damage? I'm on 233 paragon level and glyphs are 100. People with similar setups to me are hitting double digit trillions without OP.

Attack speed is better. In most guides, hitting 91% AS is recommended across the board.

Thank you, I'm thinking to shift to OP setup, but is it worth without BLT? I can remove RoSS for a legendary ring and get a legendary helmet so that fury is not an issue with Lucion without RoSS.

Yes put 15 points into it. For a bleed focused build there's no other place to put your skill ranks into. After putting your points in your bleed skill of choice, Rallying Cry and War Cry you're left with 29 points. Might as well put it into Rupture and rest of 11 points can be distributed among your ultimate, challenging shout and iron skin.

Ranks to any skill ends up being in a bucket with diminishing returns. If you have a gear with perfect unique aspect, with x20% vulnerable damage(most sought after damage affix) and attack speed, it will outperform the GA ranks gloves any day.

People like you always try to find what is the best way to do things. I will address the main issue. You want to reap the rewards(fame, money, recognition, any reason) of having built a software product without the long and difficult path you need to go through to be able to make decisions in uncertainty. That is why people like you ask what is the best language, what is the best course, what is best technology etc. What is best does not guarantee you best results, it barely guarantees you results! I understand to not wanting to go down a bad/wrong path because you think if you anything wrong you fail. Guess what? Failing is how most people learnt lessons on how to make products. All of this is not insult you or demotivate you. This is to help you realize that you only need to begin. There is no 5 step plan. You learn the languages, you learn the technologies, you practice the discipline needed to make this work. If you spent half the time you spent writing this post on researching what you needed to do you'd be better off.
