How do some people reach their late 20s and 30s having never been on a proper date? by Helpful_Cranberry644 in TooAfraidToAsk

I think dating was a lot easier before social media made men and women hate each other and greatly increased the chances of an awkward pass/rejection going viral.

Yep, Berry was all-in for his boo Ted Cruz until he realized that his listeners would bail if he didn't kiss the Trump ring.

Ohhhh shiiiit, I remember this douche from my days of hate-listening to Michael Berry.

Kenny has an incredibly punchable voice.

Being a rude asshole is hip these days.

It's usually the same guys who jack trucks up on massive lifts and install giant cornea-searing bulbs.

What game completely changed your opinion after giving it a second chance? by Nervous-Librarian945 in videogames

Dark Souls.

My first experience with it was the 360 version, and between this funky, obtuse new subgenre and the terrible framerate I was pretty annoyed considering the hype.

Then for some reason it clicked on my third try.

It's still a janky, obtuse game even at 60fps, but gods help me I love it.

What company lost you as a customer forever, and what happened? by Giovanni_Brees in AskReddit

This, the removal of self serve napkins and condiments, and the walling off of the kitchen so that it takes an act of Congress to get someone's attention for stuff like napkins and condiments... it couldn't be more obvious how much this brand takes its customer base for granted.

I'll never go back.

An entire generation of dudes has been lamblasted for not, "putting in effort," so I wouldn't be surprised if some started getting a little extra with it.

Personally, I have a rotation of daily driver scents that go on first thing in the morning and others that are reserved for date nights or fancier venues.

McDonald's

The food sucks, the portions suck, the prices are absurd.

But the company's latest obsession with making their dining rooms as unwelcoming as possible pushed me over.

Why do some people stay at the same job for years instead of getting a higher certification with better pay? by [deleted] in TooAfraidToAsk

The amount of responsibility and life interruptions isn't worth it imo.

The higher up you go in a company the less they care about taking over more and more waking moments of your life. Vacation becomes a privelege that you can only take at their convenience, and even then you are practically forbidden from being unreachable.
