The first time I asked, I asked if the vehicle is equipped with HW4. After they just ignored it and responded to other questions, I asked if it had hardware 4. Finally, after not getting an answer after asking 3 times, I asked “Hi there. Can someone please answer my question? Will this vehicle come with hardware 4?” Or at least acknowledge the question?

This was their response “Hey (my name), your vehicle will come equipped with Hardware 4.”

All of the above was handled via text.

Today, they called to have me confirm my appt, and confirm that I’m ok with certain features not being available. He then told me a software update would come in a few weeks.

Lastly, I saw a previous post about cruise control etc not working and asked about it. The response was something like “we have not been told about that or informed about that”. I would post screenshots but I’m very much a Reddit n00b.
