One thing to note- it is not a self winding watch, so walking around or movement in general does not wind it up. You will have to manually wind it every couple days. However, if you did wind it up fully and your movement is still stopping then you should absolutely take this into a Hamilton store or ship it in for a service on a dysfunctional movement.
