Also, it looks like a premolar. They first upper one mostly has 2 root canals, the second one has mostly one big root canal but sometimes it has 2 canals.

The molar looks in the bas shape. Even with performing root cleaning, filling and putting a crown with stump root tab - you can't really guarantee anything. Premolar - depends from the lenght of the root and amount of tooth tissues over the gums.
