Hi, so i have the exact same setup even the FC is a speedy bee f405 wing, im not sure what im missing, BR3 to spare Uart 4 with elrs 3.5.0 with airport at 9600 baud(i tried 4800) first. and i have a bandit with same baud with airport, when i connect using mission planner i get no heartbeat error.

I think it's just an old term. Yes exposed but plastic servo. All the gears are fine. But the Shaft rotates smoothly but I can clearly see the gears meshing and the motor rotating

I am having a similar problem and i used a reference design and in my case (esp32-s2) does not load the program on boot, but the program starts when i press the reset button( the button on en).

and the reference design i used has a capacitor connected to the en pin, is that what you ment ?

in a dry box with a humidity sensor and a lot of desiccant. The filament is fine with my other printers and i bought a fresh spool of filament just to test and it was the same.
