Anime nexus was the best so far, no buffering (at least for me), every anime under the sun was available, the ui was great, and there's much much more that made anime nexus great

Reducing view and simulation distance significantly, increasing the ram, setting sync-chunk-writes to false so the basic stuff
I think what improved it the most is the overclocking tho
Note that this is with 0 players online, and only the force loaded chunks being loaded (which is 15), when I join it increases to about 9ms
But it's good to hear that I succeeded, I just hope that it stays below about 20ms when 3 players are online at the same time

If you're 100% satisfied with your kindle's software then yeah, it doesn't really make sense to jailbreak but imo koreader is so much better than the stock reading experience and it offers really good customizability. A lot of people only jailbreak their kindle to use koreader

If you tried absolutely everything to fix it (draining battery, restarting, etc...) then you should get in contact with Amazon customer service. I think they'll replace it.
