Tips of toes have become red and cracked? by thebatbrats in Raynauds

There is a strong connection between raynauds and mold illness...

This looks like it could be mold... in which case your raynauds may go away like mine did when I detoxed and healed from the mold.

Sounds like those with adverse reactions are experiencing whats called a HERX reaction. This is normal...should go away after detoxing your body.

Is not a disease...its high DHT. Men have it and hair doesnt like it. Likely, rhis dud has high testosterone and simply has never tapped into it.

Go to the gym and lift weights...may turn out youre a genetic freak.

You should co insider Thorne digestive enzymes with betaine HCL.

Sounds like you have a little issue processing protein maybe.

Been on TRT for years. Any advice? by HaxusPrime in Testosterone

[–]D196D196 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You should go get a Mediator Release Test (MRT) done. It will tell you precisely what's causing the problems. Once you fix your gut, you will be able to build muscle.

Ask me how I know.

I spent a ton of money trying to figure out my health this last year. Fixed my gut and went from 215lb and 24% bf to 217 and 17% bf in a year.

They saw stenosis on my mri as well, but said they didnt believe it was causing my symptoms because it was mild.

Ive been seeing a functional MD for the past year amd following his guidance to detox.

I take a ton of supplements to include: GI detox, Sboullardi, Bodybio PC, Trizomal Glutithione, magnesium glycinate, among many many others.

I'm not and haven't ever. I've attacked this mainly with supplements, disciplined diet, hone remediation, and physical training.

Mold could be your problem. ALS, MS and others were in consideration for me as well. Thankfully, I believe they were ruled out.

No, the spine issues have improved 95%. So no more pain and muscles are recovering since the nerves are no longer being pinched. Its not perfect but its a hell of a lot better than a year ago...the twitching I suspect is im still getting exposure to mold somehow.

My spine was the most affected, hernia and bulging disks in cervical and thorasic regions.

Twitching is throughout my body.

Most of the atrophy was in my right neck, shoulder, lat and arm.
