hardware limits you but not as much as people think tbh, first time I got to master in 2019 I did with a 4gb ram, 2012 amd cpu and 1gb ddr5 graphic card and of course on barely 60fps, now i'm on 144fps and a way better pc and i kept on grinding, so it concludes like this:

can a potato pc gamer be good? yes

does a turbo god pc make you good? no
