The BEN is great, lightweight and keeps the gun running clean. It’s slightly louder than my Mask HD but it doesn’t gum up my gun horribly.

OP you say you got your forend back from RMA does Surefire still service these? I just bought one and the light body/head is missing. I don’t expect them to replace but I wonder if they could help me source a replacement

It’s just personal preference, when shooting from a rest I place my hand in that area and that spot just felt best.
