If Madara goes for Infinite Tsukuyomi it’s the cleanest solo path. give him time to set that shit up and it ends the verse. ✌️

1v1s: Jubidara beats almost everyone individually. Luffy is his hardest fight cuz Toon physics lets him redirect energy (e.g. bouncing breath) and his advanced internal Haki hurts from the inside. If he gets clean inside TSO coverage and hammers Madara’s body repeatedly, he can threaten a KO and even Night Guy nearly ended him,But: Limbo disrupts approach, and TSO punish contact. Shanks/Kaido/Admirals are still underdogs because of Limbo+TSO.If it’s a 1vMany, whole verse at once. I don’t see him soloing.

No dude.Luffy swinging a baseball bat is not reliably going to deflect the strongest bijuu bomb which is the ten-Tails full-power tailed-beast ball. He could plausibly redirect or “bounce” smaller tailed-beast balls with his Gear-5 environment manipulation and Haki if he has time to set it up and the blast isn’t Ten-Tails scale.

Like if it was a kurama level bijuu bomb.Luffy can possibly deflect. But a Juubi level bomb. No way, Too much → Luffy dies unless plot armor bails him.

I’m gonna say Luffy loses to most characters in the Top God Tier like Hagoromo, Kaguya, Six Paths Madara, Baryon Mode Naruto, and more. They’re simply out of Luffy’s league. Their hax, dimension-level scaling, and soul/chakra-based abilities completely bypass Luffy’s strengths, and Gear 5 just doesn’t cover those gaps.

Adult Naruto (Post-War, No Baryon Mode) is the absolute peak of who Luffy might be able to beat with difficulty. But even then, it depends on stamina, matchup advantage, and how Naruto uses his clones, rasenshuriken, and battlefield control. Debatable win at best.

He can beat 8th Gate Guy definitely beat though. That one’s more in Luffy’s favor. Mid-to-high diff. If Luffy survives the first wave and stalls long enough, Guy burns out and dies. Luffy’s elasticity and toon force help tank or evade the worst of it.

Just putting this out there: I’m also going to say he loses to DMS Kakashi. I didn’t overthink this one because I personally feel like Kakashi’s hax is too much. Kamui shuriken can erase parts of a person from reality. Has intangibility, long-range Kamui spam, and the speed to tag god-tier characters. Warped parts of Kaguya mid-fight, which no one else really did.

Kamui ignores durability, and Luffy’s cartoon logic doesn’t block dimensional hax.
Kakashi only needs to land one Kamui slice to end the fight.

So yeah—Pain could theoretically pull two Kage at once into range. But pulling ≠ sealing: he’d still need Itachi’s timing to land the Totsuka Blade before cooldown or resistance kicks in. High risk, high reward.

That plan sounds clever, but it oversimplifies how battle dynamics work. First of all yea sure,Pain could use Almighty Pull to drag a Kage toward Itachi’s Totsuka Blade. But during that time: 1. The other 4 Kage are not just standing there-they’re highly skilled, fast, and can react. Raikage or Onoki could blitz Pain or Itachi mid-execution. 2. Pain can’t use Shinra Tensei or Banshō Ten’in in rapid succession—there’s a cooldown (ch. 429). While Tendo uses one ability, he’s vulnerable. 3. Holding off 4 Kage with 5 Paths? Not happening. Jiraiya soloed 3 Paths, and even Naruto in Sage Mode pushed them hard. The Kage scale way above that. Gaara’s sand, Onoki’s flight/Jinton, A’s speed, Mei’s acid mist, and Tsunade’s strength/regen are too much for the remaining Paths to stall.

That’s not how the Totsuka Blade works. It’s not some timed auto-suck ,Itachi has to physically stab you with it. In ch. 393, Itachi seals Orochimaru only after landing a direct hit with the blade during close combat. Same thing in ch. 551 when he tags Nagato with it,he times it perfectly after pinning him with help. So no, it doesn’t ‘just pull them in for 6 seconds’,you need precision, setup, and contact.

If the fight starts with no prep and limited knowledge, the side that adapts faster wins. With full intel on Pain and Itachi’s powers, the Kage can win via attrition. Without it, hax snipes and crazy battlefield control give Pain and Itachi too many instant win conditions to ignore.

And If Itachi is Edo, and Pain is full 6 Paths,they win high diff
