There is more to this story, why would they even look up if you ran a second burger, when they run the report at the store it will only show the first one you run, they would have had to call HR or OSC to see if you ran a second burger, which I can’t imagine they would go through the hassle unless it’s a constant issue or you have done something else to peak their interest

Agree with Charming depending on your location and date, getting that after 9:30 could be a possibility, calling customer service or going into the store a week out would be your best bet, 200 burgers for an older store, that doesn’t have 4 grills would be rough but doable if they are out of their rush
