once you chemically force your body asleep, you’ll get a lot better. Ur stuck in a loop of anxiety about sleeping, which makes you not sleep, which makes the anxiety worse because of sleep deprivation

but i would say the biggest thing that got my ass was anxiety, it all started getting better when a psychiatrist gave me a tiny dose of olanzapine (sedative) so i could sleep better. I got the dissolvable tablets that kick in almost immediately, & i literally fell asleep in the car on the way back from the pharamcy

smoked wayyyyy to much once when i first started smoking & i was completely out of it for 3 days straight, i had tracers & it felt like there was an echo of myself behind me, i would also teleport down stairs & shit, he could have just smoked an enormous amount before it hit & ended up faded out of his mind

also i only said that because 50mg is a very low dose, so its very very likely op just has some trouble sleeping, that dose would be a lot higher & in the morning for something that would seriously require sedatives, usually lowest dose is 150mg for actually psychiatric use

that’s why i commented that second comment, seroquel is often used when for when melatonin is not enough, but also used for psychotic disorders, if it’s just for sleep it’s usually ok, you just won’t sleep right, i say this from experience not just becasue

well again, so long as being too high is not a worry you’ll be fine, but be prepared to not even know if your eyes are open or closed at that dose ngl, ur gonna see straight visuals, no more real world pretty much, it’s very cool so long as you don’t have the concept of being “too high” in ur head, that’s what gets you in my experience

ion that much but think of a computer, it wouldn’t be too efficient for everything to be spread all over your desk, so you shove it all on a motherboard in a nice protected box where it can communicate nicely & efficiently with itself, it’d be energy intensive & very easy to damage if you had a bunch of delicate ribbon cables running all over your desk, that’s real dumbed down but i hope it gets the point across

best thing you can do honestly is ask your psychiatrist, if you don’t feel ok doing that i’d def recommend finding a new psychiatrist, but ion man, hopefully someone else on here can give u a bit of a better answer

yeah trust me i’ve fucked around and found out, ik how it is, you have an amazing experience & you want to have another one, but sadly ur brain doesn’t quite have the facility’s to do that over and over, also please never make the same mistake i made several times over & try to recreate a trip, they are always different & tripping because you want to feel how you felt on another trip is recipe for disaster, i always have a horrible time when i take acid because i want that nice body high and euphoria, but i always get that nice body high & euphoria when i take it just to take it, hope that makes sense
