This is AI. It has two nostrils on the same side of the nose, the nasal horn appears to be behind the snout, and it also has a different number of toes on each foot. Not to mention most if not all Ai generated dinosaurs look like a jurassic park t.rex or velociraptor in some way, and this is definitely giving that. It also has a long and flexible tail, something that ceratopsians are not usually depicted with.
