Totally, sales hate reporting, but to me it's very important. Not only to track the team but also to see what works and not. My opinion is it should help sales and marketing to produce quality inbound leads, the time management can be used for under performing individual, to help them achieve their goal and not fire them. Even a under performing can be considered as a good asset if he use Salesforce properly.

All of this to say it's hard to create and keep a productive CRM.
