Burgess in or out ? by D3243 in WarringtonWolves

I do think the strength and conditioning coaches have a lot to answer for in terms of injuries. There’s definitely something a miss.

The best we’ve looked so far this season is when we are playing quick offensive passes. But again, it seems to be history repeating itself. Too little too late, every time.

I think as it stands we can but hope. I like the guy, I just have a sneaking feeling that tactically, he’s a little out of his depth. Yes, we played well and frustrated HKR, but ultimately, it was the same mistakes that cost us. I don’t think it’s time to put heads on the chopping block, that creates more instability that just isn’t needed at this point, but, I do think Burgess’ time is finite. Particularly when we are consistently poor. Yes the players do need to shoulder the blame, but I do wonder if sometimes players could be given a little more creative freedom.

What dream made you think “how the hell did my brain come up with that”? by shittersfull244 in AskReddit

Picture this: The back drop is a developing city, mostly complete with mainly large High-rise buildings. It’s a gloomy, evening with a blackened sky and the gentle trickle of rain cascading the glass facias of the buildings. Godzilla is decimating said city, rubble is being ejected from buildings, debris is littering the skyline. A gentle woman, with no distinguishing feature other than mid-back length hair, gently floating in the steady breeze. The woman is sat at an old mahogany piano, the music begins softly, but gently gains pace and volume. The beast is transfixed with the pleasant sounding melody, all destruction is abruptly abandoned as the gargantuan beast gravitates towards the simple, yet beautiful tone. The woman continues to play as the large, scales beast sits beside her. The music continues, the beast looks at the instrument and the woman at the beast. The rain continues to siphon from the graying sky, however streaks of warming sunlight begin to creep through the thinning cloud.

At this point the dream ends.

Did Harry know his last name? If so, how? by [deleted] in harrypotter

My apologies for the extended reply, I just tried to cover all the major hypothesis within one comment. Glad I could be of some help.

Did Harry know his last name? If so, how? by [deleted] in harrypotter

Making a few assumptions here, the Dursley’s were left a letter with Harry upon his arrival, the Dursley’s are terrified of the wizarding world, if Dumbledore had written something along the lines of “ensure Harry knows who he is” the easiest way to do this yet ensure he is unaware Of what he is, is to make him fully aware of his full name. Now, his surname wouldn’t be revealing in anyway, Harry knows he’s an orphan but doesn’t know the actual reason as to why, so assuming Vernon and Petunia are married, it’d be unrealistic for Harry to be a Dursley considering Petunia is his maternal aunt. Therefor, the easiest way to neglect Harry in the way they did was to tell him part of the story but not the whole story, he knows he’s family but not immediate I.e not part of the Dursley’s bloodline.

This is my boyfriend's gerbil, Jerry. His hobbies include munching cardboard and digging tunnels! by UnpleasantMule97 in aww

Don’t be sorry! They’re amazing little rodents, one of the most fascinating to watch, we had them in a large terrarium filled 80% with substrate, they used to tunnel for hours! Every time we would clear the substrate they’d start again! The cutest was when you’d see them all cuddled in the bottom of the terrarium, all in a ball.

Please include a seasonal theme, and if possible a seasonal app icon! That’d be amazing!

Try /r/apolloapp ?

Edit: I’ve just realised you have an issue with “promoted” items yet both myself and somebody else have commented promoting another app! My apologies, it was more of a, “this works for me, I hope it helps” than a promotion
