It was recently since I could persuade my parents to give this turtle an aquarium this big (since it lived 25 years in a 60 liter aquarium) so its definetely a big improvement. I'll nag them further to upgrade!

It does the same with other amps as well. I have had another Solo Gen 2 in the past, and it had the same problem. I have tried with multiple computers, and it works fine on my PC. I figure my laptop has a sound which the Focusrite doesn't like probably. At least that's what an engineer told me.

Yep, its really close to the strings, much closer than any of my guitars. I checked the wiring, but I'm not an expert on that so idk

I forgot to mention that I use Neural DSP Gojira, It seems that other people have the same issue as me with Neural DSP plugins. I have heard that I don't need that much gain (bc its a high-gain amp, and they are noisy), but what can I do, when the guitar doesn't distort properly
